Alfi Oral Surgery is a state of the art practice specializing in corrective jaw surgery. Dr. Alfi truly revolutionized surgery through the use of advanced techniques and protocols.

The AOS team takes pride in their airway-focused, patient-specific approach & efficient surgical time.

At AOS, all surgeries are patient-specific allowing surgeons to complete double jaw surgery in 90 minutes or less. AOS strives for excellence and always aims to provide amazing results for amazing people.

What sets us apart:

• all surgeries are done in an average 90 minutes or less

• custom plating for all patients

• all double jaw surgeries are done intra-orally, meaning, no outside scarring

• no splints or wiring shut

• no drains/no foley catheter

Dr. Alfi has over a decade of experience focusing on Orthognathic surgery. He not only consults and lectures all over the world for his revolutionary protocols but also teaches a fellowship in advanced Orthognathic surgery for trained oral surgeons. There is a very competitive application pool that is currently committed until the year 2025.

Home base is and will always be Houston TX. However, Dr. Alfi will see consults in NYC, LA, and Miami.
