Dr. Alfi joined an elite lineup of thought leaders at The Vault Conference to discuss the future of airway and facial reconstruction in front of 10,000 guests. (He even won the pull-up challenge while he was there!)
Operation Smile — Guatemala Team 🌎
Dr. Alfi collaborated with the Operation Smile surgical team, sharing insights on complex facial reconstruction and the life-changing impact of restoring function and confidence.

In front of over 150 oral surgeons from across the country, Dr. Alfi presented “The Evolution of Jaw Surgery”, highlighting new surgical techniques and transformative patient outcomes.

Dr. Alfi will be speaking to a group of plastic and cosmetic surgeons about the intersection of facial aesthetics, airway health, and functional outcomes.
